My stay at this resort was truly memorable, especially with the spacious villa and well-equipped kitchen that made our family meals easy. The outdoor pools are fantastic for relaxation and entertainment. However, some noise from neighboring units and a disorganized layout detracted from the experience a bit. Our stay at Desert Willow was truly fantastic! The villa was well-stocked and had a comfortable layout perfect for our family. We loved the quick check-in process and the attention from the staff, especially Thomas, who helped us and talked with us poolside. The pools were perfect for the kids, though it was a bit unfortunate that some children were disappointed by the height restrictions for the waterslide. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, but the dining service could use some improvement during busy times.

I had an amazing time at the resort with my two little girls, enjoying the refreshing pools even in the high heat. The food was good, albeit a bit overpriced, but our comfortable, cool room made for a great retreat. On the downside, the loud music at the pools was bothersome, and policies restricting staff from leaving the property were a bit frustrating. Overall, it was a lovely getaway and we are looking forward to returning.
